Question! As an ad agency, do you run Facebook ads on your clients ad account or do you run all your clients ads inside your agencies own ad account? How do you suggest an agency piece together those components?
Is it based on the ad account or the pixel/dataset? Im running many different businesses ads in each ad account. Does this matter? I always figured it was based on the pixel
Thanks for the content Ben, I actually have one leads campaign and one ig traffic campaign active, both on adv+ audience with interest suggestion, the targeting initially was great but after 10 days it’s starting reaching people not in target, what do you do in this case?
Bro how many times u train ur biceps a week huh? (shoulders:(
very useful thank you!
I really liked the laser targeting tip when using a new ad account. Unfortunately, here's a real issue that happens often: insanely high CPMs.
It's really, really depressing when an ad account / pixel that used to perform well, all of a sudden doesn't even indicate that the ads are showing to people. Maybe they only show to ghosts. ONLY the impression + amount spent go up, nothing else. I mean my ads didn't suddenly become super terrible to the point it doesn't get even a casual like or post save at $10 per ad set, for example. Damn, Facebook is tough. Tough to reach the customer service, tough to get a refund for money that went to the wind, tough to fix issues. Oh well.
Well, in my experience, not all "old" ad accounts will continue success. I had a failry good performing ad account, left Facebook ads for nearly a year, and when I returned, I don't even get post likes or saves, which is super weird. I contacted Facebook and now it's 3 days and no response. So maybe, just maybe, new ad accounts, datasets, etc. perform just as well. My only option is to create new ones, and hopefully that's a "nuclear fix". Wish me luck.

what should i do in this case? I sent allready everything needed but they still send me a message that they can't verify it
what is the difference between audience suggestions in advantage+ targeting and original targeting ?
If an account or pixel is trained incorrectly over a year or two, is it a bad idea to just start over with a new account and or pixel?
10$ a day my budget can you help to go upto 5k$ for ads?
I would like to ask if I want my customer to chat with me about my product in messenger. What is the best way of selecting campaign and optimize it? Normally, I use engagement and then select message. Is this a correct method? Any advice would be really appreciated. Thank you
exactly and agree on what you shared. But now Meta keep telling people can directly use conversion objectives instead of running step by step to build the audience and machine learning part, are they trying to fool people and earn the easy money instead of helping people grow their business?
a digital age where email communication is central to our personal and professional lives, the loss of access to one's email can be a daunting and stressful experience. Kelvin_Ethics has consistently demonstrated a profound understanding of email account security and recovery processes, and his dedication to helping individuals is truly commendable
"Kelvin_Ethics came through and helped me regain access to my account. Huge thanks to them for the support!"
Excellent advice, thanks!
Why my fb ads playing more in outside area then the targeted area ?and i am doing open targeting.
and can you give me idea for small medical clinic how to target right audience sir?
Would you suggest running a PPE campaign first?
Hi Ben! How long do you recommend running the campaign to warm up the new account?
Before starting the conversion sales campaign in broad?
Thank you
Tony
Whenever i run ad on Facebook my WhatsApp ban
Can you please make a video about the reduced performance of Meta ads this past month?
Who's your editor? And may I hire them? Lol
Hi! Can you have both traffic (Instagram page) and conversion campaigns on one account or should you use two different accounts? 🙂
I didn't know I needed "The Nutty Professor" references as an analogy for new Meta accounts 🤣 I gotta watch it again tonight. GREAT editing and great info as usual! This has been really helpful for setting expectations for clients with new brands. Thanks Ben!
thank you it helped me to understand
Hey Ben. My product is a digital product and can easily be scaled to the entire of US, UK, AUS etc. this creates a pretty large audience of 200 million +
Would you recommend only focusing your location targeting on say a randomly select few of US states rather than the entirety of the US? That way smaller audience sizes will help optimise better then the audience can be scaled..
I'll summarize 10min in 10s : Do not use broad at the very start, neither ASC+, and minimize the number of variables in the ad account (very few ads / adsets / campaigns to let the budget spend more on each of them).
You're welcome
For the mentorship for beginners is that a paid service ? I’m a beginner on a low budget and I will start my ad campaign for my brand new store
i have tested this and it's true. sadly i have a winnner product which i run in a new ad account and it didin't work at all i mean high CPC and so on, so i decided to use my usual ad account (been using it for like a year) and the product start selling right away
Hello i have started a digital marketing agency i would like to know the correct way to set clients account can you make a video about that
pure saucee
My sale ads has facing slow data and no sales
acording to this if I sell women products and then try to sell car products for men in the same website with the same pixel would be a very bad idea?
Would you recommend going for warm/hot traffic that's more likely to convert straight away with a new ad account? Or also ok to go for listicles and pre-sale pages, which is way colder traffic? After watching your video I should say it's a good idea to focus on warm traffic in the beginning, isn't it?
Hey Ben that video is helpful, I've been also following this setup.
I'm setting up a lead gen campaign for my solar panel business using instant forms.
I'm getting good click numbers, but not many leads are actually filling out the form.
I'm showcasing everything upfront in the creatives, figuring highly interested people would convert. Is there anything else I can do to improve the conversion rate on the form itself?
Do you have a podcast? If not, you should.
Hey Ben – is it worthwhile checking in on ads every day or so and turning off the bad performers when you have a conversion campaign with the pixel/conversions API turned on? I tend to wait 10 days before changing things as you recommend. Surely Meta's AI knows when to push/remove budget from the poor performers by this stage without us interfering??
I heard you should warm up the facebook account with engagement ads for a week or so, is this a myth? Hear it all the time would love some clarification
That running analogy is beautiful as someone who's fat and is getting into running hahaha
So should we delete old campaigns we are no longer running or keep them listed ?
What classifies an ad account as new? Is Ben referring to accounts that have never run ads, or is the classification broader?
does it make sense to track View Content in our dataset or just track Leads, Complete Registration, Purchase and other conversion events?
If data of the learning phase is based on ad sets and each change to a ad sets deleted all the data and resets the learning phase then why does it matter if the ad account has thousands of data?? Where does facebook says they use data of the whole ad account bc all they mentiob is that they use the data of each single ad set for itself (learning phase) !
I recently ran ad on a new ad account, i used broad targeting and started getting conversions from the first day
Is link clicks best for sales links that are 3rd party links you can’t track?
Thanks a lot for the value you provide us. Can you make a video on how to avoid getting banned and get your ad account restricted?
Hey Ben, enjoy the content!
Regarding the traffic campaigns. I am using a new ad account (from an agency) but I am still using my old pixel which has maybe 35 conversions under its belt.
I had a call with Meta a few days ago and asked for their advice on how to test new products, they indeed suggested running traffic campaigns for 2 weeks first and then create an advantage+ sales campaign. Which according to them is their best learning model for low ticket sales.
I would love to hear what you think of this.. because I am literally about to launch 4 campaigns with traffic objective in order to gather data and learn which creatives I shouldn’t use.. I am doing this so I can understand which products I should focus on for the incoming demand due to summer..
Would love to hear your feedback, sorry for the lengthy message 😅
You've got good Biceps Ben 💪🏻
You should make workout videos too. 😂
Traffic campaigns are good in the beginning to test ad creatives, and weeding-out bad creatives. This in turn will help any leads/sale campaign.
