  1. The King James Bible is the Word of God! The New King James Bible is not the word of God! It says in The King James Bible in The Revelation 1:6.: And hath made us kings and priests unto God and his Father; to him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen. We can read this in the New King James Bible in The Revelation: 1:6.: and has made us [c]kings and priests to His God and Father, to Him be glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen.

In the King James Bible it says that Jesus is God, while in the New King James Bible it says that Jesus is not God!!!

  2. This is a great video thanks for being a man of God. Iv been considering different translations other than my King James Bible. Admittedly over the years the Holy Spirit really has made it fairly easy to read and understand words Iv never seen before.

I just bought a classic amplified which I was comparing to on biblegateway online. I really like that one , I was considering NLT but some verses just sound too bland and lacking depth at times, but I was reading the Gospel of John in it and it had a great momentum. I also saw a study bible version of it and it gave me a humbling insight on how to think of something recently so I may purchase it due to what it did for me.

In some ways I also prefer the CSB to NLT since it seems like an easier but more classicly worded version at times.

I guess it would be easier for me just to use it online for free but I like having a physical Bible.

I was actually going through the different versions online as you mentioned specific lines that the meaning was slightly altered. Pretty useful!

There is a family heirlooms NLT on Amazon that looks really beautiful inside, by Christian art Publishers, too bad their KJV isn’t like that.

But I feel the classic amplified seems fairly accurate , the verses I checked matched up to the King James Version, even the capitalizations in the Pslam were there

23 The steps of a [good] man are directed and established by the Lord when He delights in his way [and He busies Himself with his every step]. AMPC

I like how it emphasizes God is concerning himself with our every
    Step.

    2 Thessalonians 2:7
    Amplified Bible, Classic Edition
7 For the mystery of lawlessness (that hidden principle of rebellion against constituted authority) is already at work in the world, [but it is] restrained only until [a]he who restrains is taken out of the way.

This seems to indicate “he” is the same person .

Too bad they don’t make any new prints of the classic edition

  3. Why trust an English King who censored others Bibles and put his name on thw cover?

    Lost in translation
    Omissions

    Corruptions…

New material and evidence since oeiginal…

Any power that doesn't permit criticism is like totalitarianism.

Always ends badly when criticism of man and man made especially with emperors, kings, presidents and bullies.

  4. Back in the 70"s I actually prayed for the creation of a NKJV version and for the most part I've stayed with it but lately I have gone back to the KJV as the language is more majestic. It is after all the Word of God and should sound different. Also, many of the scripture songs that were written back in the 70"s came from the KJV and as a worship leader I to this day lead Gods people into worship using those very songs from the KJV.

  5. Utmost blessings! I love you. The NKJV is soooo watered down … the thee s and thou s … are all washed away. That alone tells me the NKJV is too polluted and less accurate. But I spare you. 🙂

  6. I praise God for more accurate modern translations like the NKJV. I can't understand this obsession with the archaic KJV. Circular reasoning and double standards are the order of the day to try and justify the KJV only deception

  7. I want to commend you on this excellent video!
Not defending the modern critical texts, but we can take confidence in the Gospel, that even translations based on those texts contain, as a whole, all the orthodox doctrines of the Faith.
We often act as if the Gospel began with English, but for almost 1500 years the western church used Latin and the eastern church used Greek notwithstanding translations, far earlier than English, in other languages.
Many scholars say, although I have never felt compelled to search out for myself, that the New Testament writers, often used the Septuagint in writing the Gospel narratives (except Matthew which Papias and Irenaeus say was first written in Hebrew).
This should also have a bearing on which was written first, Matthew or Mark (forget about the mythical Q).
One problem we seem to face is that even our good and devout Bible believing brothers who specialize in the ancient languages have been, possibly unaware, had their minds or understandings tainted by some of the worst views of critical scholarship.
I would love to talk to you about some of these things.
    God bless!
Once again, great job with the video!

  8. The NKJV is the best counterfeit of the true. The NKJV is not an honest update of the KJV. The NIV, ESV, NASV, etc. are in agreement with the New World Translation in many, many ways. All three of these translations agree with the biased NWT remove or cast doubt upon Matthew 17:21; 18:11; 23:14; Mark 7:16; 9:44, 46; 11:26; 15:28; Luke 17:36; 23:17; John 5:4; Acts 8:37; 15:34; 24:7; 28:29; and Romans 16:24. All four state a boldface lie in Mark 1:2. All four remove some or most of Matthew 6:13; Luke 4:4, 8; Romans 8:1; and 1 John 5:7. All four remove "study" from 2 Timothy 2:15. All four have two separate people killing Goliath in 1 Samuel 17 and 2 Samuel 21:19. All four cast doubt upon Mark 16:9-20 and John 7:53-8:11, yet include it by separation from the text or place in a footnote. Birds of a feather flock together.

I could add the NKJV with the other four bibles that corrupted or changed Romans 1:18, 25, 2 Corinthians 2:17, 1 Timothy 6:10, 20, and 2 Timothy 2:15 because these passages are aimed at the dishonest ones on the committees.

  9. I think the new king James version. And the king James version Bible is the same Bible just because that change words back than and now it's the same thing it just easier for people to understand now then back then so we can study and understand it better I think

  10. Correct, I'll add the following for anyone that needs more info. Nkjv does not use Textus Receptus for Old Testament translation, it uses NU on practically every page and in footnotes. Many get that wrong thinking NKJV uses the same and KJV to translate from. NKJV therefore suggests that the reader should make up their own decisions on what God’s Word says (demonic suggestion, hath God said is what Satan said to Eve and Satan still uses that tactic). There is much more problems with this as well such as removing Plural and Singular words and replacing them all with "you." NKJV publishers strongly suggests Sinaiticus and Vaticanus should be used to translate scripture and that is also a grave lie. Those two codex's are used to change all the modern Bibles yet they don’t even agree with one another over 33k times. Codex Sinaiticus was created in the 1800’s and passed off as 4th century (that is the truth and people are so deceived that they don't realize it.) They, text critics etc., also say Codex Vaticanus is supposedly 4th century as well but the fact is that it has been re-written and likely is 15th century. It has drop caps which did not come into use until much later. Hmmm.. makes you wonder doesn't it just how genuine and reliable this is and why it is used to change God's Word.

For more, I recommend that one view a section of video titled KJV Vs Modern Bibles in the Jesus Paid it All channel. Starting around 1 hour 36 minutes.

Review modern Bible versions and check whether they take out/remove the need to believe That Jesus is The Son of God to be baptized in Acts chapter 8 (near the end when Phillip speaks with the Ethiopian) Check whether Jesus is made to lie to his brothers in John chapter 7 concerning going to the feast.

  11. 10:36 you accused people of lying about the KjV and NKJV, then you lie about James White. His entire ministry is NOT centered on KJV onlyism, and he does NoT say that all who like the KJv are in a cult. Get your facts straight.

  12. What about the King James version study Bible is that just the king James version Bible with notes? I would like to get the King James version Bible, but with nothing taken out of it, but I would like to understand it better. is there a king James version Bible that has been made with notes for better explanations of the words without them actually touching and changing the Bible

  13. "…Understandest thou what thou readest?"

I think the textual issues raised in this video are secondary to reading comprehension. There are at least 425 modern words in the KJV that don't mean what they used to…

    "admiration"… wonder or astonishment

    Revelation 17:6:

KJV… And I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus: and when I saw her, I wondered with great admiration .

NKJV… I saw the woman, drunk with the blood of the saints and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus. And when I saw her, I marveled with great amazement .

    "prevent"… go before, anticipate, precede

    1 Thessalonians 4:15:

KJV… For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep.

NKJV… For this we say to you by the word of the Lord, that we who are alive and remain until the coming of the Lord will by no means precede those who are asleep.

    "conversation":

    1) behavior

    Ephesians 4:22:

    KJV… That ye put off concerning the former conversation the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts;

NKJV… that you put off, concerning your former conduct , the old man which grows corrupt according to the deceitful lusts,

    2) citizenship

    Philippians 3:20:

KJV… For our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ:

NKJV… For our citizenship is in heaven, from which we also eagerly wait for the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ,

    "cousin"… relative

    Luke 1:58:

KJV… And her neighbours and her cousins heard how the Lord had shewed great mercy upon her; and they rejoiced with her.

NKJV… When her neighbors and relatives heard how the Lord had shown great mercy to her, they rejoiced with her.

  14. Another version that I thoroughly enjoy, is the Amplified Bible. It doesn't delete any verses either, but it does italicize the verses, and words found in the Received Text, but not in the Corrupted Text.

  15. In addition, as for all those verses that you put up on your PowerPoint slides. Not one of them says through the KJV bible. it's through the scriptures breathed by God, inspired through the Holly spirit and written by man on stone, clay, leather and papyrus. By the way the KJV is noting more than a revised version of the Bishops and Tyndale and some available Greek and Hebrew manuscripts. Since then, many additional manuscripts have been found such as the Dead Sea Schrolls in 1947. and During the 1900's more than a hundred New Testament manuscripts are found in Egypt. And many of the newer translations have used this additional information to create a more accurate Bible. Please stop rambling on about the KJV. I'm not saying that it isn't a good bible. But you can be your bottom dollar that it is not the most accurate bible and certainly it's not easy to read.

  16. I'm sorry I just couldn't listen to this to the end. Why, you may ask? It's because you messed up from the beginning. You basically said that the bible has to be the most accurate so you can understand. Well Sir. I can't understand much of anything when I read the KJV of the Bible. I have to read the NASB or the NLT to completely understand what I read. And I'll go on and tell you that if I can't understand what I read. I will not read it. So if you want people to turn to God, you better let them read a Bible that is good and understandable. And if you disagree with that my friend, you are not a good Christian. I rest my case.

  17. the misrepresentation is too blatant in this video. I am no fan of James White (i actually think his theology is bankrupt and diminishes God's love), but having actually read the "King James Only Controversy," it is dishonest to claim that he says anyone who holds "the kjv to any higher standard than any other bible" is in a cult. also his whole ministry does not revolve around this controversy.
secondly, the word the kjv translates as "effeminate" does not mean a man being soft; if refers to the passive partner in a homosexual relationship.
Also you've compared the kjv with the nkjv and showed where the kjv might be more accurate in translation, but you failed to bring up the instances where the kjv inserts words that aren't there in the greek text. you also failed to mention even one of the several errors in the kjv which the nkjv corrects. And choosing one or the other does not affect your sanctification or your growth in Christ- that's a ridiculous assertion.

  18. Love the point you've made at the end this video. @ 28:00 in ~ Your sentiments pertaining to The Holy Spirit, I share. The Holy Spirit is our guide. The marxist new world order wants you to be void of the Holy Spirit. Endure, I shall. God bless everyone who reads this opinion. 🙏✝

  19. Hello pastor, Am Simeon Shah from New Delhi, India. I got NKJV during my teenager, then I moved to NIV. I was using NIV for the last 15yrs.. I found out it wasn't accurate and many verses were removed. Now am using KJV it's difficult to pronounce and understand, am still struggling to pronounce it but am learning. Thanks pastor for the presentation. I love my KJV more than any other versions of the world. God bless you Pastor

  20. Personally, I find either the KJV and the NKJV as the versions I read. What I find interesting is that when those who claim only KJV as authoritative, when they teach, they'll change terms in the KJV that are outdated, they most always use the terms that have been translated in the NKJV. As with any scripture reading, first pray and ask the Holy Spirit, the author, to open my eyes and heart to understand God's word and reveal to me my sins, my weak flesh; lead me to repentance and correction that I may submit myself to the Will of the Father and walk in the Spirit and Truth that is Jesus is the Christ.
Remember, both are translations of Hebrew and Greek texts and if you talk to a Jew or a Greek, sometimes they say that the KJV isn't matching the meaning of their language.
